A few days ago I got an email from GOG regarding the user survey - I got Realms of Arkania. I thought: "Cool, I got a freebie from GOG. I will check it out one day". And then I deleted the email, while cleaning the mailbox.

Gah, I thought the game was already on my virtual game shelf! Apparently, the email had the code for me to add the game manually!

Ouch.....There seems to be a lot of free codes going around hopefully someone will drop you one

I nearly did that too lol. Almost deleted the email while marking mails for deletion in Mailwasher.

Contact support, they should be able to resend the email, or at least have a record of the code they generated for you.

Well, fire it up. If it doesn't work, make sure it's your next purchase here on GOG. It's one of the best games ever made. And sadly, one of the least-known and least played :(

I occasionally, when i need to go to the bathroom or decide to watch tv or such, end up going into the kitchen, opening the fridge and wondering what the hell am i doing there in the first place.

I think the "take wrapper off food, put food in bin" tops that. Always has a "WTF brain?!" moment after that :P

Even more so when you put the spoon in the bin, rather than the empty yoghurt pot...

Shouldn't the deleted email be in your trash folder? The email may not be truly gone - you should be able to dig it up with some help if necessary.

Nope. While cleaning my mailbox, I realised that the search function also displayed the results from Trash folder. I thought it was pointless, so I emptied the trash :D
