Amazon can still see that your IP is not US based, but they don't complain yet as long as you falsely claim to be a US citizen and use a somewhat valid US address. (I guess that waves responsibility to some extent).
Amazon doesn't have Russian Pricing on their US store though, if it did that would probably be out of the door rather quickly. They do have region locked keys for certain games.
