What do you guys do when you want to play two or more games equally at the same time.

I really want to play D3 and a TD (GemCraft Labyrinth).
and I am having a hard time deciding, 'cause If I play gemcraft I won't be able to play diablo, or close my browser until I've finished the round (which, on endurance, with my stratagy, takes at least 6 hours, often spread over a day or more).
And I've already spend a few hours playing D3, so it's like, well I want to play that, but I just stopped playing it.

I usually look at time. If I'm wanting to play an in-depth role playing styled game, but only have 30 minutes, I'll chose the other game. If both games are equal in all senses, then I usually play the one I haven't played recently.

Beyond that, if I can't decide which one, I usually end up playing something different and completely unrelated... I have too many games I haven't played as it is.
I tend to alternate between them when I get into that kind of situation. However, I inevitably find that one will finally grab my complete attention and I'll keep playing it until I finish.
Here's a question: have you ever wanted to play a game, but then you load it/boot it up/etc and just don't really 'feel' like playing it?

For instance, I want to play Sengoku Basara or Fist of the North Star: Ken's Rage, but when I load up the game I realize how long it'd take to make any progress in it (leveling characters, completing story lines, etc) and just lose interest again.

Back to your initial question, I don't really know how I choose what to play. It's sometimes just what I have been playing a lot of (Diablo 3 recently), other times it's what I haven't played in forever (I got The Saboteur from Origin recently and have been playing that, I played the heck out of it for PS3 3 years ago when I first got the system). Other times it's what my friend(s) are playing at the time, Left 4 Dead and Guild Wars come to mind for that.

There's just a ton of different factors that come into play when deciding what I wind up playing at any given time. Oh, and if I buy something in a sale, I generally at least give it a 10-minute try right away, like with Soul Reaver and Tomb Raider from the recent sale.
Unless it's something new that I'm learning, I start wiggin' after thirty minutes in any one game.

I usually play what I can be assed to play.

If I'm not up to hand-eye then I'll load a mouse strategy, otherwise I'll load a game pad platformer.

If I've got a lot of time to spare I'll play a game that loads slow, if not one that I know loads quickly.

Deus Ex-a-likes get top priority.

Morrowind-a-likes get second.

Thief-a-likes third.

FEAR-a-likes fourth.

Baldurs Gate-a-likes fifth.

Monkey Island-a-likes sixth.

And if you're like none of those at all then chances are I will never finish you or even play longer than a couple hours, so who cares.

Wow, that's almost a list of my favourite games, in order. All you need to do is replace the FEAR series (although I did really liked the original FEAR) with the Silent Hill series. And I like my adventure games to be a bit easier (e.g. Syberia, The Longest Journey, Gemini Rue).

As for the question at hand, I have three lists (of games I've bought and installed) on my computer desk:
1. Newish games I haven't played
2. Old games I haven't played before (mostly GOG stuff)
3. Games I want to replay

I try to keep these lists roughly even (it's currently 10, 13, 11), and I tend to prioritise shorter games. I'll play whatever I'm in the mood for within those parameters though... and I'll usually finish one game before starting another. Sometimes random.org helps me out.
Step 1) decide to play an old favorite / or a game I never got around to beating

Step 2) see a new awesome indie game, buy and start playing

Step 3) see a favorite classic released on GoG, insta buy, start playing

Step 4) see a sale, buy and start playing

Step 5) repeat steps through 2-4.

Step 6) if / when actually finish a game, return to Step 1.
