I've got Serious Sam Gold at Half-Price Books the other day and looked for the Dark Island expansion, but couldn't find it. I've read on Wikipedia that Dark Island was included in Serious Sam Gold Edition and Second Encounter, but couldn't find it when I played the game, and the box and manual never mentioned it. Did I get the wrong pack or something, or was Wikipedia wrong, or have I not looked hard enough?

It could be like the Time Machine level in Duke it out in D.C. It was hidden and you actually had to go find the damn thing (turns out it is hidden behind a wrecked subway car) and it took me forever to get to it.
