I need to change stuff to play games online, but it asks me to run dosbox configurator and I don't have it.

That only brings up jibberish, some of these aren'te ven letters

That's probably because you have the wrong file. It usually looks like "dosboxnameofthegame".conf.

Are you sure you're opening the right file? The first image is what the file should like in explorer, and the second how it looks like when opened.

The newer versions hide the config somewhere, you need to use the "DOSBox 0.74 Options.bat" in the dosbox folder. It will use notepad and open the config.
