That'd be no problem if he uses one of those 1997 leaky water-cooled systems from AMD (I think). water sprayed everywhere inside cases with those things...

Is there more to this case mod than some dolls house furniture? Like maybe a fully modified exterior resembling a small thatched cottage? With a little gnome in the front garden perhaps?
