my mouth is salivating at the chance to play this before leaving for work...
I'll give it another hour. If not out by then I will most likely grab it from Gamersgate.

Hope it comes out before then.
You might be interested to know that it is live on Steam right now.

"Waiting for Hotline Miami? So are we! ;-) As soon as we get it, it goes on @GOGcom with a special 10% discount till the end of the week! "
What does that even mean? Does that mean it's coming out today, or not?

I've already pre-ordered here. I don't want some DRM'd steam version I don't really own anyway.

If you guys haven't seen it, there is a very spastic and curse-ridden video preview from Dopefish:

I'm pretty sure it's still on for today. It seems it has some problems, according to Hotline Miami's twitter:
"Dennaton Games will be updating Hotline Miami within the hour to address the Visual Studio and controller issues. Sorry for the problems!"

and it is live on GG... so is it only gOg who do not manage?

Cactus had to screw something up heavily with that DRM :D
But there is way how to nicely compensate us, impatient;)
Every 10 minutes of delay = 1 track for us as bonus :D

Their punishment must be more severe. We want the full soundtrack and a GOG-exclusive level! :P
Aside from the pad support problems :

It's important for some European users : apparently, the azerty keyboards are not recognized automatically (so the WASD controls are f*cked up). The solution should be to to do Alt+Shift in the game. It's a pity if it's true :(

Alt+Shift doesn't always work though. For Retro City Rampage anyway it doesn't.
"The @GOG DRM-free version is on it's way, sorry for the delay but needed to kill some last minute bugs!"
Hopefully that means it will be out soon.

jungletoad: While you wait, read this amazing review. I'm so hyped for this game:

I've read this one, and the RPS review.

My body can't get more ready!

Oh, how we suffer for the drm-free revolution!
DRM-free, 10% off, very soon, only here :-)
