So, I've had a recent experience involving theft. Naturally, this has given me an idea for a game giveaway. Here's the short of it. I'm giving away a game of the winner's choice worth $9.99 or less. But not just any game. The game that you want must have some connection to a criminal element to it, no mater how tenuous that may be. The winner will be determined via random draw.
But, wait. There's more. You will also have the chance to 'steal' the winning slot. Upon entry, name the game you want along with the person whose slot your are stealing. For example:
Homer Simpson
Game: Thief Gold
Stealing: Licurg's spot
If Licurg is chosen as the random draw winner, I would win the game I've named (not the game Licurg named).
"WTF, Homer? Why should I enter your dumbass contest if I could have my spot stolen?"
Because the winner(s) will actually be the randomly generated winner and the first two people who have 'stolen' that spot. That's right. There will be multiple winners.
"But, Homer. If I enter early, whose spot am I supposed to steal?"
I'm going to leave the contest open until Friday/Saturday. So, if you initially enter early, wait a bit and then edit your post to say whose spot you are stealing. Good lord, do I have to do all of the thinking around here?
"But, Homer. What if everyone steals one person's spot and that person is the randomly generated winner? Will you end up missing a mortgage payment?"
That's not going to happen. A spot can only be stolen up to two times. So the max number of winners will be three.
No more questions. Shut up and enter. And if you post 'Not in.', you're in. That's how this contest rolls....
