Hey all,

This interesting horror adventure game just launched today.
The website describes the game like this:

"Awakened by an oncoming storm, you open your eyes to discover yourself in a strange, dark room—tucked away in a house that’s not yours.

As you play the game, it changes—subtly, almost imperceptibly—to reflect your perspective. It's a horror game unlike any other, and as you'll discover, its truths are entirely subjective."

You can check it out at http://homehorror.com/
The trailer is not amazing, but the game looks interesting none the less.

Yeah, saw this a while ago. Looks pretty intriguing, though I think it suffers a little from being released in fairly close proximity to Lone Survivor.

Indeed. The price is very appealing though. Only 2 bucks.
I would buy it right away if it were on steam.

Not sure if trolling....

The copy on the website is DRM free. It's awesome.
I made my steam library a home for my indie catalogue. I don't like my games being scattered all over the web, and I don't like storing anything on my HDD.

Yes, I prefer steam.

It's superb they have DRM Free version, but I would buy it only on steam or in humble bundle / indie royale or whatever.

It's not even on Desura :/
I see. Can't you just add it to your library with the 'add non steam game' function? :)
Shut up and take my money.

Or use Evolve. :)
I'm very annoyed by this game, because I missed the quite awesome looking Collectors Edition.

Naah... I am just used to steam. I don't trust that indie company enough to believe the game will still be avaible for download in next 3 years, for example.

But it looks awesome, thanks for pointing it out. Will keep an eye on it.

Yes, I understand. I have the same fear. Every Indie game I download is backed-up on two drives. :D
Thanks for the heads-up! I thought about pre-ordering because it's so cheap and looks quite interesting, but I feared it would still take months or whatever until it's finished. Probably not a very long game then, I'd assume, but whatever, it's just $2! :)

Although ... that's twice the amount the Adventure Bundle is now asking for Gemini Rue and four other games. ;D

It makes me sad how much the price has dropped. At that low, I feel kind of bad for the devs, to be honest.

Anyway, not buying this because my backlog is large, but definitely keeping my eye on it.
