Brace yourself, Ned. The 2012 DRM-Free Holiday Sale is coming!

No, there's no release today. But there's a good reason: starting tomorrow, we'll be starting our winter season / festivus / celebration of your choice sale, and we know that you'll be thrilled about it.

What's the sale going to be? Well, we would hate to spoil the surprise early. But we'll be offering your favorite games for sale at prices that should warm even the grinchiest of hearts. While you're waiting, though, we've started some holiday celebrations--you know how we love to give you guys gifts--and you can enter into our week-long holiday-themed caption contests right here, if you're so inclined, or stay tuned for more holiday silliness in our forums as well as on [url=https://www.facebook.com/gogcom]Facebook, and Google+.

I just found out the Square Enix games are not on sale anymore. I was low on funds and was planning to grab a few games today. Now I decided not to buy those 3 games at full prices.

I wonder what was the idea though. I mean a sale is going on and the games from other companies are cheaper. Wouldn't people normally focus on the items on sale instead of regular priced items (they can get these anytime anyway).

Then again, Square's recent track record doesn't show any brilliance.

They could have had some agreements in place with other digitial distributors to sell the games elsewhere for x period of time.

Been a bit of a meek day overall, Steam's sales were rather unspectacular today, and GMG didn't do a single thing today, it even has yesterday's daily up.

So are the remaining sales just the ones posted previously during the couple days of End of the World sale. The telltale sale seems exactly the same for example.

Supposedly there's 1 more new deal, the rest was on the End of the World sale.

I think TET hinted that one more release was coming this year somewhere, right?

I thought it might be The Walking Dead, but since today was the Telltale promo, I think TWD might not come until next year.

So all the special bundle sales were posted for 24 hours each, as well as cumulatively during the EOTW sale, right? Has the Sierra bundle (all the King's/Space/Police Quests) been posted a second time? I missed it during the EOTW sale as I didn't have access to a secure connection to make a purchase on at the time.

I belive it was a daily in the End of the World sale and a couple days before it.

I did manage to pick up an extra copy of a few of them through, so if you're after some specific ones send me a pm and maybe we can make a trade for them.

Yes, unfortunately the Sierra bundle has come and gone.

Edit: ninja'd although I thought it was a couple days afterward.

No big deal. I can wait till they do a similar sale down the road. Already have way more titles than I have time for right now anyways.
