Brace yourself, Ned. The 2012 DRM-Free Holiday Sale is coming!

No, there's no release today. But there's a good reason: starting tomorrow, we'll be starting our winter season / festivus / celebration of your choice sale, and we know that you'll be thrilled about it.

What's the sale going to be? Well, we would hate to spoil the surprise early. But we'll be offering your favorite games for sale at prices that should warm even the grinchiest of hearts. While you're waiting, though, we've started some holiday celebrations--you know how we love to give you guys gifts--and you can enter into our week-long holiday-themed caption contests right here, if you're so inclined, or stay tuned for more holiday silliness in our forums as well as on [url=https://www.facebook.com/gogcom]Facebook, and Google+.

Tell your friends, hide your ducks, load the caravans, and get ready, because we're starting the gifting season early with a huge game giveaway tomorrow along with our sale, so you know you don't want to miss out. In the meantime, snuggle up in something warm, drink some eggnog, and we'll see you all tomorrow.

I feel ya......I hate that certain big sales(Black Friday/Cyber Monday, for example.) are always at times when i'm near broke.

Well, honestly the new one is good, but trying to get all those achievements on steam just ruins the fun... Vikings is a great theme, the maps are great, story is interesting, lots of things to do, battles are not easy at the beginning (on hard and impossible level), but there were some bugs with the quests and after spending altogether 100+ hours I'm starting the game for the fourth time... It's still addictive as hell, but the first island is linear and there is not much choice in units which you can recruit - vikings only (the weak ones). Playing without DRM and those stupid achievements (the medals are ok though) would be way much better.... I would buy that again on gog for sure.

Details, details... 50 or 60%.

Looking for ToEE, got copy in PL version. But PL version of Circle of 8 is something 3.0.x, few years older than recent version of ENG mod...
I'll be watching.

And thanks for Chaos gods, my country don't have Black Fridays because people could die from laugh cause by fake "discounts". Like recent holiday promotions, kind of joke...
