Welcome in 2013 soldiers! We have prepared a great collection of sims and strategies set between years 1939 and 1945. Buy nine World War II Games for only $24.41 with a 75% discount.

Panzer General 2 is a turn-based strategy game which should appeal to history maniacs and grognards (that’s “wargame fanatics” to us regular folk) alike, but not only to them, since it’s one of the greatest and most memorable wargames of all time. Panzer General 3D: Assault is the first title of the series to include 3D graphics, which kind of made it look like an actual tabletop game. If you regret that you weren’t born a World War II general, get the Panzer General games now 75% off.

Commandos Ammo Pack contains the first game of the famous series of tactical WWII games: Behind Enemy Lines and its expansion: Beyond the Call of Duty. The series is not only known for excellent level design, intelligent AI, historical accuracy, and open-ended missions but also for being extreeeeeeeemely difficult. You will search for a walkthrough, unless you’ve finished extensive commando training. If you like the behind-enemy-lines sneaking and killing Nazis, you’ll probably get
Commandos 2+3 as well, especially since both titles are 75% off today.

Armchair generals will be extremely satisfied with Blitzkrieg Anthology and Blitzkrieg 2 Anthology--two feature-full RTS titles taking the realistic and historically accurate approach to the famous campaigns of World War II. Or if you like something less serious, but maybe even more challenging, try S2: Silent Storm Gold--a complex turn based strategy set in an alternative time-line, where the German Nazis excelled in technological advancement.

Medal of Honor: Allied Assault War Chest takes you to the fronts of World War II and let's you take part in some of the allied forces most crucial operations. The game became famous for creating a believable and suggestive image of battle conditions with a real infantry soldier in the role of the game's hero. The War Chest edition includes the original campaign that will take you from German bases in Algiers, through the D-Day landing in Normandy, to the occupied France, and both Spearhead and Breakthrough expansions.
Alright, now this is a bundle I could get into!
I strongly recommend Blitzkrieg games. They are awesome.

I wish Sudden Strike Anthology was added to GOG catalogue too.
Well, the final promo-bundle arrives, which means there's just one more day to go. What's going to happen in the final super-secret 24-hour sale?

For a recent historical perspective on GOG's 2012 Holiday Sale, Cat Lord Drennan can provide all the information you need.
Maybe tomorrow will be a second time for the D&D bundle, everything else has gone up twice.
Seconding the sudden strike thing, but anyone not getting commandos gets a -1 from me.

So please do post saying you won't buy it, I can't give you the -1 otherwise.
Perfect set of war chest.

I won't buy it because I already have it boxed. Same with the other Commandos games as well as Medal of Honor. I would consider getting a digital backup if I'd get the 75% off for only those, but since that's not possible I'll have to pass.

Please show some understanding for my situation and don't -1 me.

I'm sure you explained this at some point (probably at the start of the holiday sales), but I was just wondering how many more days we can expect.
Is this the last one? Or will it go on until 6th of january ("Twelth Day") or when?
Cheers.

Nah nah nah. You don't want the minus, you get them. No whining!

But I'll help you out on that.
I find this "THESE GAMES ARE 75% OFF TODAY! – just kidding, they're 50% off unless you buy them all" concept pretty lame. Nothing in the actual advertisement hints at a sneaky catch with the pricing. Unless you want to buy all the games or buying them all is a cheaper way to get the ones you want, the daily campaigns have no relevance with anything.

At least say "when bought together" or "World War II BUNDLE 75% off" in the banner.

Well one of the things it says right above the bundle picture on the front page is "Only until Jan 3". Its some smaller text right beneath the words HOLIDAY in the "2012 DRM-FREE HOLIDAY SALE" title. So I guess the sale is ending in two days then.

Well, that's tiny. Thanks for pointing it out! For a moment, I thought this was about the CURRENT Bundle but that doesn't fit with the countdown, so I guess we'll get one more, one other offer before it's over.
only 1 game of interest in this one so another pass for me.
I picked this promo up during the End of the World sale. Awesome deal, lots of great games for a great price.
