25 Sierra Quests--75 Percent Off

It's Monday, so many of you are probably wondering what to do during the week before Christmas. It's a little bit too early to prepare all the foods and drinks, and a little bit too late to do any actual work. That is why we have prepared a bundle of Quests for you and mind that these are not just some regular quests you can expect from any other average digital distributor, oh no, these are [url=http://www.gog.com/promo/quest_for_sierra_bundle]Quests from Sierra Entertainment--the epicest, romanticest, adventurousest, and most imaginativest quests ever known to a fan of video games. Quests like Quest for Glory 1-5, widely considered as one of the best RPG adventure series in known and unknown history. For the next 24 hours only, until Tuesday December 18 at 3 PM GMT, 25 different Quest games are available in a sweet 75% off bundle for less than $20!

What's in the bundle? We're glad you asked!
King’s Quest is a classic series created by Roberta Williams of Sierra Entertainment in the so-called “golden days” of adventure games. They chronicle the history of the Royal House of Daventry in a world inspired by fairy tales and mythology. Get King’s Quest 1+2+3, King's Quest 4+5+6, and King's Quest 7+8, all in one wholesome bundle.

Police Quest 1+2+3+4, all four designed by former policemen, are adventure games that put you in the shoes of California homicide detective. Police Quest: SWAT 1+2 is a non-typical compilation, because SWAT 1 is an FMV tactical SWAT-assault simulation and SWAT 2 is a real-time strategy. However, all Police Quest games are a must-buy for all those interested inthe nitty-gritty of actual police work, and they're part of a healthy gamer's Christmas shopping.

Space Quest - Venture through the Galaxy and fight for truth, justice, and really clean floors. A silly sense of humor, wacky storyline, Star Wars and Star Trek parodies, and janitor (!) Roger Wilco as the main character who repeatedly saves the universe by accident -- you can find all of this and even more in Space Quest 1+2+3 or Space Quest 4+5+6, all along with the other incredible games in this bundle, at one great price.

More classic adventure games than you can shake a stick at, this bundle hits you right in the nostalgia center with 75% off savings that are better than any workshop of elves could construct!
Only one I don't have is Quest For Glory 1-5.

If no-one trades me for it in the Classifieds I may have to break my No Purchases Rule.

Being hard-up for cash sucks, but at least it kills the impulse buying.
Pass for me although good games i just suck at adventures.
Only one I want is Quest For Glory, so I'll be holding off.
Another one damned "buy it all or pay more" bundle :(

Yeah... in my case I can buy the whole King Quest series and Police Quest Swat (four games) for $9.96 or just two of them for $9.98! And none of this is in my wish list (but I'm sure I will like the King Quest games).

GOG is realy diabolic. I'm buying a lot of games I normally wouldn't. And come jan 3rd I'll buy all the remaining games in my wish list for "just" 50% discount.

Well, they will have to get more new publishers on board next year if they want to get my money! (Hint: LucasArts would be very effective).
Arg, the only games I want in that bundle are the Space Quest games. Guess I'll wait until the end of the sale to grab since I'll get them 50% off either way. :/ Otherwise, awesome bundle. :D
Nice one, but I already own every game I wanted from this promo.

Yeah, unless the selection rolls extremely in my favor I doubt I'll be picking any of these up. I'm not so much into collecting here as I am in just getting some of my favourites, and then usually only in their ultimate form, ie the last in it's series. The predecessors I often don't play anymore anyway.
Bah. Not at all interested in games that ancient. Hopefully something good again tomorrow. Still hacking my way through Torchlight, struggling with 2 million items and no storage room.
This system of sale, I mean 75% for all or 50% for selection, is OK when no other sale doesn't exist. But if there is 50% sale for more or less all games during whole holiday, today sale is a little bit absurd. If you don't want whole bundle there is no change to buy today or tomorrow or 31st December.

If anyone can get the two Space Quest bundles for 75% off, I'm interested in trading for them...

My list
This is something like the fourth bundle in a row from which I've already owned all the games. I guess I'm a bit disappointed, but at the same time glad I didn't get to spend all my money. :P
Not bad, but I own everything I want already. Not interested in Police Quest/SWAT.
This is a great birthday gift from GOG and i just wish i had enough money for this bundle. Also is Leisure Suit Larry 1 Reloaded coming to GOG?
I'm curious why Leisure Suit Larry wasn't included. I assume it's related to the dreadful 3D LSL games that had his "nephew" starring as the protagonist, and the company that bought up the rights to produce it with the LSL brand refuses to cooperate with GOG to release LSL 1-7 for cheap here.

But I hope it's something less petty than that and easily fixable so we can complete our SIERRA collection here.
