Dungeon Keeper 1&2, Theme Hospital, Magic Carpet, 3 Populous games, and Syndicate 75% off!

Hey kids! Do you know what time it is? (<i>No, please twell us uncle G-Doc!</i>) It's time to start the holiday sales on GOG.com! (<i>Yaaaay!!!</i>). Yes, that's right. This time of year GOG.com rolls out the big promo guns. This time we begin with a great bundle of [url=http://www.gog.com/promo/bullfrog_favourites]Bullfrog Favorites, that you can get with an amazing 75% discount! Let's take a quick look at the content of the first GOG.com holiday promo package, shall we?

You can learn how good it feels to be bad in Dungeon Keeper and Dungeon Keeper 2. You can cure such diseases as transparency and broken wind in Theme Hospital. You can glide the Arabian skies on your Magic Carpet. You can become a god-like being and lead your followers to glory in , [url=http://www.gog.com/gamecard/populous_2]Populous 2: Trials of the Olympian Gods, and Populous: The Beginning. Finally you will dominate the future as the head of your Syndicate. Normally, to do all that you'd have to pay nearly $50. But for the next 24 hours that whole bundle of games can be yours for only $11.92!

That's not all, of course. You just saved over $35. There must be something cool you can do with it, right? As you browse through our catalog, you will notice that almost all of the games we offer have been discounted by 50% for the holiday season. That's no mistake! We really took our sharpest scissors to those prices, so you can enjoy literally hundreds of excellent games for half the regular price.

Enjoy our offers, grab the Bullfrog Favorites bundle for only $11.92, and fill your home with holiday gaming cheer! Happy holidays!
Shame there's too many games in there I'm not interested in so the 75% will have to pass. Maybe I'll pick up the ones I do want from there at the end of the sale I guess.

keeveek: I wonder why Baldur's Gate 1 and 2 are not discounted. Hasbro doesn't want it to sell, right? :P
And yet the other D&D games are on sale, with Hasbro being the publisher.

Maybe the remakes by Beamdog, or perhaps because the Dungeon and Dragons Anthology edition (GG and soon Steam) is published by Wizards of the Coast now? Maybe GOG's getting the anthology :D

I think it's the remake. To not make buying a remake a huge waste of money. :P
So am I correct in assuming everything that's on sale today (except the Bullfrog game bundle) will stay on sale until early January at the same prices?
Aaaand I own all games on the promo. Somewhat disappointing, so I'll just gift a couple to a friend and get him on the site.
Nevermind... I don't know how to read apparently,

Thanks for this great offer, gog. I'm sure I'm going to pick some more games to add to my backlog...

Just one question (maybe I overread something): When will the sale - the overall 50% sale - end? Not that I miss it in the end ;-)

Well they can stuff it :p

If I wasn't putting the BG games purchase off already because the Anthology is just a far better deal than getting them separately I'd still be buying the originals on GOG over the Enhanced Edition from Beamdog.

Austrobogulator: Hm, 18 games not on sale...

Edit:

Baldur's Gate 2 Complete
Baldur's Gate: The Original Saga
Hotline Miami
Deponia 2: Chaos on Deponia
Primordia
Miasmata
Book Of Unwritten Tales: The Critter Chronicles, The

+11 free games.
And Eador.
I own all the Bullfrog games, too. I wonder if there will be other 75% off packs throughout december, or if this is a one time thing?
now THIS is what I'm talking about, buying big and a lot to save big and a lot, just the way we like it

Can't wait for future deals, this already looks awesome 75% off is very good

Enhanced Edition is getting poor reviews, so I wouldn't pony up the money for it. Not enough extra stuff for the much higher price, IMO.

LOL, well obviously I don't either because I'm asking a dumb question :)

Yeah, i'm a bit baffled that Hotline Miami is not on sale considering it was recently on sale at Steam if i'm not mistaken.
