It's simple process, as long as you have pic chosen. I have IconDeveloper, but IcoFX works like charm as well. And it's freeware :)

Then this thread would need list of games than need such icons overhaul, some guidelines to follow while creating icons and one post that would contain all icons added.

I think it can only work on come-and-serve basis. Whenever someone posts here a game that needs improved icons, prefererably with screen how they originaly look like, a replacement can be made and then added to list that will be somewhere in this thread.

I don't have that many games here and I have XP , so I use small icons. Meaning I don't know which games are lacking in icons department. ;)
