Now, when I support GOG I don't do it only for them. I do it for the gamers. The one who really want to play innovative and original games with great experiences.
So I suppose just to stroke at your narcisst side, post your accomplishes of your GOG-support.
*I imformed /v/ about Outcast and Master of Orion. Many of them did instant buyed them as far as they told me.
*I informed 4 people about Sanitarium. They consider to buy it on GOG.
*I posted a thread on Mechner's board and asked him about the release of his games on GOG. No answers yet, but some users there are rooting there.
I guess this is what I have managed. more comming soon. Now I must sleep, I have finale exams tomorrow ;_;
I bought a few games. That's all.
I registered.
Sanitarium, best psychological adventure game conceived by man... good job mate!
I single-handedly up-ed the ante of games sold on GOG, by interviewing Swen Vincke for my website and told him to sell the Divinity games here. He listened. Thus beginning the period of huge publishers being added to GOG.
I also fund GOG's monthly costs with the number of games I purchase.
I give away all my GoG games to my friends, they love me!.......Oh wait this isn't what you meant?
Sorry I'm English I find it hard to be narcisistic.
I bought a couple games for friends, thus having them create accounts to claim their gifts and one of them to buy games himself (the other not having the means to pay over the net yet) - not counting the 80+ games I bought myself so far.
Other than that, I tend to leave the social work to others.

Wow.
I like to think that GOG saw sales of THe Guild Gold go up after I bought and played the game. I know I gifted that game 3 times and convinced quite a few people to buy it . Do I qualify for my People's Republic of GOG Heroic Salesmanship Medal now? :D

I give you my unofficial seal of approval to change the "thievin' bastard" under your name to "People's Republic of GOG Heroic Salesman"
I've just bought about 25+ games, so I'm just a simple customer. Ceemdee however, is a GOG superhero.
Oh, and I bought the Guild after seeing Iscariot and some others posting highly of it.

I would love to do that, but there's a 16 character limit for titles/tags... :(
