They're there, though more subtle and hidden than the last one. As I said, I wanted to make this one easier so there's a reason the patterns are more hidden with this one, that was intentional due to reasons that will become obvious eventually, otherwise it would've been waaaaayyyyyyyyyy too easy. But I may have overdone it a bit and ended up with a harder one overall than the first one.
But I'm gonna let it go for awhile and see what happens. I did mean for this one to be easier, and am sorry if that is indeed not the case.

Oh boy! I really got it! Puzzle solved!
*stops dancing around and picks up chair again
It took several hours to decrypt it, but the joy of solving is amazing, let alone the great prize!
Great puzzle, awesome prize, thank you very much OldFatGuy!
Here's the solution for everyone interested:
Letters 1-4 of each line contain a pattern:
M 6 1 C => 1C
7 Q C 4 => 4C
B 5 N 1 => 1B
. . . .
. . . .
C 5 F 2 => 2C
A 8 G 2 => 2A
This is the position of this line's letter within the key
Block1 - Block2 - Block3 - Block4
(ABCD) - (ABCD) - (ABCD) - (ABCD)
The letter of each line is defined by the numbers 5-8 in the first 4 characters, pointing to character #5 to #8
M 6 1 C => 9 D M H
7 Q C 4 => 1 X 9 2
B 5 N 1 => F F V 1
. . . .
. . . .
C 5 F 2 => Z A E S
A 8 G 2 => 4 E 3 5
Identifying all letters and putting them into order yields the solution: 4FDU-5MZU-6UQE-9Q9N

Oh, I get it.
Congratulations DeMignon and thanks for giveaway OldFatGuy.
I was on good track but still quite far from solution.
I wasn't able to determine how to order letters into code. I tried adding those numbers together, to make the first 1 number one and second one number 5 but nothing worked.
I enjoyed it and it was clever.

OUTSTANDING ! ! !
I was gone awhile, and came back, looked on my account page under gifts and saw it was redeemed and let out a "Whew" because I was worried I had made it tooo hard.
Yes, the first half of the columns were the guide, that included 3 pieces of information, and 1 was meaningless. Thus the first hint.
So the key was figuring out the pattern in the first four columns, and you did it perfectly. Each row in the first four columns included these three things: 1) a number between 1 and 4; 2) A letter between A and D; and 3) a number between 5 and 8. The fourth character was always outside of those boundaries.
Then it was just a matter of figuring out what each group meant.
VERY WELL DONE ! ! !
