I would be interested. For me, I pressed the button, the chair came down, he walked up to it, then walked away as though the scene was finished. Everyone I've spoken to experienced this. When I originally played it, you got a cutscene of the boat sailing away.

ARGH, I missed another code. I take this as a sign from the universe that I shouldn't play Silver anytime soon because now I will never get to play it soon. Next time I have money for a GOG, I'm getting Quest For Glory 1-5. I have to. Quest For Glory 1 remake is one of the games from my childhood. :)

Just checked , he walks away here too. Atleast it isnt a major bug that stops you from finishing it.

I wonder if gog can get their hands on the us version to have no bugs and get both text/speech without a fix.

Check the forums before play, there are some bugs that have workarounds posted.
I'm sure what ever the bugs are it's better thn Arx Fatalis... geez tht game still crashed for me every 5 mins.

But it differs if its a bug that was already in the game or got introduced in the gog version.

It's not really either. I suspect it was always present, but the devs did not account for processors to be so fast.
