Hi All,

I'm trying track down two games, Vampire the Masquerade: Bloodlines and Warlords 4. Both are available on D2D but they are region restricted and not available to Australian customers.

Is there any way I could pay somebody in the US to purchase them for me and if so, would anybody be willing to do that?

Cheers

Mark
Would help if I could, personally waiting and hoping like many others, that GoG get bloodlines into their catalog

I have never used D2D before, so you'd have to tell me what the process is, but yeah, I don't mind helping you out if I can.

I've found out the even gifting is region restricted so I think I'm out of luck. I'll just have to wait to see if GoG gets them at some point, but thanks anyway.
You might wanna try with Steam and D2D UK, I think they have VTMB.
Bloodlines is most definitely on Steam. I don't know if it's restricted there,

Warlords IV, however, is not available.

You might be able to set up a new account that claims to be American. I don't know if it checks IP or not though. I've used similar tricks on other DDs.

D2D doesn't let you pretend to be American if I remember correctly.
Why not just hide behind a proxy or two and try to buy the games in question?
Hi Guys

Vampire Bloodlines is also region restricted on Steam. Setting up a US address and hiding behind a proxy doesn't work with D2D I'm afraid. Without a US credit card it blocks the final transaction.

Can you not import a boxed copy?
Maybe you could try sending some money to a US / UK / EU citizen, so that he'll be able to gift you the game on Steam?

EDIT: A US guy would be your best bet, since the game is more expensive in the EU. Dunno about the UK price.
