Hello,

i remember some older action game (maybe 1996-1999) with some combat tank vehicle as player you can drive it. Not tank as tank but more like armored vehicle like from Just Cause2 ( http://www.terra-empire.com/justcausetank.jpg ) but more futuristic

You can go off that armored vehicle and if you lost it, some large airplane drop you new one on "pod" area.

When you are in that tank or combat vehicle you can shoot from Machine guns mounded on front of vehicle or switch seat to upper turret which shoot laser-like projectiles.

Game was 3D and from first person view (3D FPS) like "Quake" (not from TOP view)
Game have landscapes little bit like "Terra Nova: Strike Force Centauri" but maps where more desolate and apocalyptic like future

Enemies as foot soldiers where sprites like in "Doom" or "Duke Nukem 3D"

When you where on foot not in vehicle you got some kind of rocket launcher or grenade launcher.

Maybe game was newer (2000-2001) but some kind of freeware game or shareware or demo of never released game...

Have someone idea what is name of this game?

//Solved: Necrodome (1996)

THX

No problem. I need to play this again it had some great multiplayer.
I just played this again yesterday. Raven Software has lots of old goodies.
I don't really want open up another one of these threads so I would like to ask if you can identify a game I remember. It was pc/dos gamein the ninties, it was first person and very dated graphics similar to doom and duke nukem 3d (so its most likely dos) all I remember is you start in a room with a water fountain and water fountains are the way you heal yourself in the game actually.

Any one have any idea?

By being a first person, was it a shooter then? RPG?

I'm not sure all I remember was a room with a water fountain and when you excited that room there were enemies waiting for you, I know they were monsters and not robots. Also I didn't really play I watched my older brother play it on the computer, well I maybe played it for a few minutes because I didn't to exit that first room with the healing water fountain because of all the monsters outside the door lol.

Im going to take a guess here and say Stonekeep. Cause its got healing fountains apparently. http://www.gog.com/en/gamecard/stonekeep
How old?

I seem to remember that the Dungeon Master series used healing fountains, and that Chaos Strikes back starts in a room with one. could be my mind plays tricks on me though... its from 1989.
Hmm, I'm not sure about the healing fountain.

ShadowCaster?
Ultima Underworld?
Eye of the Beholder?
Dungeon Master?
Lands of Lore?
Nah this game Had like water fountins you would find in a public place like a school. You press a button and it water shoots out and you drink it you have all seen one. also I don't think its a rpg I just asked my mom and as soon as I said water fountain in the first room she knew what I was talking about. She said You had to move from room to room and shoot things which would suggest it is a first person shooter similar doom or duke nukem
