Neobr10: It looks like your PC got hit really hard by malware. I personally recommend formatting the drive and starting it all over again. If it were a simple trojan or low risk virus a simple AV check would solve the issue. But considering the fact that you can't even remove them and random tabs keep opening i really recommend wiping the drive.
No AV will ever have 100% perfect detection rate, so even if you manage to remove most of the nasty viruses, something might still get past detection. Yes, formatting is a pain in the ass, but i really think it's better to be safe than sorry, especially if that's the PC you use to buy stuff online (like from GOG).
By the way, which AV were you using before you got infected? Good AV programs can detect a malicious file before you open it.
I use Norton, but I downloaded several different files at once before it had a chance to scan them all. I've used emulators before, but I installed this one before I did any research on it.
