It seems that you're using an outdated browser. Some things may not work as they should (or don't work at all).
We suggest you upgrade newer and better browser like: Chrome, Firefox, Internet Explorer or Opera

If you use firefox, you can check and see if you have a 'login/password" saved.
Tools > Options > Security > Saved Passwords > search for GOG.

I'm not sure how to check for IE, Saphari, or Chrome, maybe one of those users can help you.
...or you can PM a blue, they'll contact support for you and do everything to solve the problem.

Who do you recommend to contact? I haven't tried this method, so could be worth a shot!

Actually I'm pretty surprised that Blues are not here yet :) But it's 9 AM in Poland, so I guess they're working and don't have time to slack around on the forum :)
PM one (Firek works in support, Judas often hangs around here - both are very nice fellas), they should get back to you soon.

Excuse me the question, but from what I've understood, you have

- Asked for help via facebook and been given a mail to contact GOG support
- Asked for help via twitter and been given a mail to contact GOG support
- Asked for help in this forum and been given a link to contact GOG support

I mean no offense in asking, but did you actually send the mail to support? Because chances are, your complain didn't reach them otherwise.
wouldn't your info be on the receipt for the games you purchased?!

temp123456: Would just like to update.

After nearly a month of waiting and no response, I have decided I will stop trying to get in contact, and simply run a case through my bank for a refund.

Very disappointed by the lack of response, I think I have waited long enough for that.
That's quite odd indeed. I'll pass this over to Support, but in general I've never heard of them not replying within 72 hours.

Well, the receipt would be sent to the (wrong) mail address, so...

temp123456: I have tried contacting support twice, facebook once and twitter once, and only one response has been given asking for an email to pass onto support.
This generally doesn't happen and we'll look into it once I get some details from you. This will include some personal information, like your e-mail address, so I'll drop you a line via PM in a second.

Well assuming that is the case... but considering what people are like online then you never know.

Hello :), I sent 3 emails via the support mail under account issues, with that said, I think PMing of the blue poster worked :), currently being assisted atm.

Yeah, I think because I made the account and paid for the games without much checking of email confirmation, I must not have noticed entering an incorrectly spelt email address. Luckily, if proof is needed I have the transaction on my bank account haha, not quite sure why my emails were not received via the contact form, it does seem strange.

Check spam folder :) For some strange reason some of my support (not GOG) mails go there.

Wow, that's surprising and disappointing. I would try contacting them once more though, in case it got lost.

EDIT: Whoops, I see you're already being helped now.
