YAY! It's good to see you posting again and that you're on the road to recovery ;-)

I've only listened to one audiobook on a long car ride - "Curious Incident of the Dog in the Nighttime" - very hilarious! Anyway, I hope you're well-stocked with books, games and movies to keep you entertained!

I'll close this sometime either later tonight or tomorrow night.

Anyway, the knee surgery went well, they reattached my quad and as many tendons and ligaments as they could, and I've spent the past week on my back (rimshot) with my leg propped up, out of my mind on pain meds.
I'll have my leg in an immobilizer for another six weeks or so, and then I can begin bending it and start physical therapy. In the mean time, lots of lying down, but having the Wheel of Time books on audiobook has been a freaking life saver. :)

I've missed you folks and hope all are doing well!
Not in, +1. I'm glad you're doing well. Though I don't think we've personally interacted many times, you've been a staple of recent GOG happenings and your presence has been missed. :) Recover soon!

Im glad your doing better now, I must have missed the bit where you said you were having surgery so this is news to me, I can relate though, I had shoulder surgery a few months ago and by the sounds of it it wasnt to the same degree as yours but still sore as hell for a while.

Hope you are back on your feet as soon as your able,
