Well, it is tax evasion, so it IS dishonest. If it was only for the publishers, I wouldn't care, but I don't want to have police on me for that.

So, yes, use the usual options. Let games be gifted from cheap regions and pay them somehow.

Use a VPN to make your ip address look like it's coming from somewhere else. A few (hundred thousand/million?) people use them to get around regional restrictions.

Allegedly. He was supposed to have left his major organs to science, the family claims to have cremated him whole. The coroner claims to have removed said organs for transport.
