I hope so and looks like nVidia thinks like that too. It is on the upcoming PhysX Games List. I really want to play this game so I hope it will come to PC.

I dunno, the list also says that Haze is available for 360.
There are a number of possibilities here:
1. Nvidia let the cat out of the bag and it is exactly what it seems to be.
2. It is being developed without the intention of releasing it. They might be trying out some PhysX things using an existing game to see what's possible in future.
3. It's a typo.
It's an Illuminati-fueled Masonic conspiracy!

Or its old news from when heavy rain was coming to pc and was going to be a big physx card (thats how long ago it was) seller
Thats a very old list. It has Gears of War 2 on it and thats been confirmed never coming to the PC.

Gears of War 2 is stated on the list as being 360 only. Not that I'm trying to say that it's an up to date list, mind. But that's not the best example.
This is one game (like Uncharted) that used the controller so well that I doubt it would benefit from a PC release. Also, getting it to support low-spec computers could be a logistical nightmare, and the game used SIXAXIS support in specific spots (and used it well).
Got fucking tiring when you had to shake people off when they're grappling
I sure hope not. What did the PC ever do to deserve having Heavy Rain inflicted on it?
Considering that list has HAZE down as a 360 exclusive, excuse me while I take that list with a lot of salt.

I don't know about uncharted but there is nothing in Heavy Rain that really "require" a Sixaxis, most of it's use is gimmicky, in the end a QTE is a QTE, shake the controller to bash through a door or press space to bash through the same door achieve the same result.
For the rest; the quarter circle with the stick to open a door can easily be done with a mouse and the "tilt the controller to keep balance" parts can be done with left and right keys.
The only parts that would actually be difficult on PC, without a controller at least, is the parts where you have to press 5-6 buttons together as some keyboard configuration tend to not like having that much keys pressed at once.
