Earlier, I fell for something wakalo said, ( he said he scammed someone who wasn't even a real user), and I ninja'd a game for that user, and I felt like an idiot. But still, I want to stick to my word, and give that game to someone who has been scammed. Schnuff, the person I ninja'd the game off of, said I could do what I want with the game, And I always wanted to do a contest.

The game you will win will be "Ben There, Dan That! and Time Gentlemen, Please! Bundle". The winner will be chosen by random.org.

Requirements are that
You had to have been scammed once
You have to have proof you were scammed ( telling how you were scammed is fine)
Rep has to be over 0, I have no reason to believe anything you say if you have no positive rep.

Contest will end 9PM (EST), this Sunday.

And give Schnuff a hand. He's the one I got the game from.

In so far:

edit: I have decided to add consolation Prizes. They will be Steam Trading cards.
The Most expensive will go to second place, the middle to 3rd place, and lowest to fourth place. It's only a couple of cents, but hey, maybe somebody collects them and wants a Shodan card.

I made a post earlier this summer about being scammed out of a copy of LA Noire Complete. Kinda too lazy to find it, but I definitely know the feeling. That said, I'm not really interested in the game, so I'm not in. Just wanted to share in your woe.
Not technically scammed, but last year I handed one of those scammers a key to "Realms of Arcadia 1+2" after GOG gave them free. He said he was going to give me a cheap key for steam or something though, but I don't remember completely how it all went. In any case, not in.
Not in but I got scammed by someone who told me Sacrifice was a must have. If that guy ever shows his face around here again they'll be hell to pay!

He's the 20 foot tall orchish fellow wearing the skin of other orcs standing behind you. Would you like me to get a ladder for you?
It's actually a great game, I just like giving him shit. :D
He scammed me in October using the name trashbin. I lost one Dota 2 to him.
Bump
Never been scammed, but I don't trade all that often. This is a nice idea :)

Not in, but thanks for your generosity, dracomage and Schnuff!

Also, a little promo in the Giveaways' Directory:

Nice idea. +1 but not in.
I never got scammed. I tend to meet real nice people all around. Unless they are police, of course.

Although on second thought, I just sent the price of the last giveaway to the winner and got another game in return. Since he unilaterally changed the deal, wouldn't that count as scamming?
