So I just got into the office, and almost no one is here. Completely forgot it's Chinese new year, technically not an official holiday here, but everyone seems to have conveniently forgotten that.

So, for the second out of three times this year; Happy new year everyone, especially those of you from China :)

There are going to be Chinese NY events here in Dublin so I'll be definitely attending them

Chinese New Year is saving me like $400 on airfare. And probably a similar amount next year. Dragon.

The awesome thing is that the character for Dragon totally looks like a Dragon about to level a city.

And if you can divide your age by 12 without a remainder it should be the same zodiac sign as the one that you were born in, assuming you've had your birthday already in the year. Probably, one of my mother's coworkers is over in the PRC right now and she spent roughly triple the airfare that I'm spending to go.

St. Andrew's Day in the UK is almost the exact same thing :)
