Hmm, we probably didn't give the leaping games enough visibility, since they emerged out of a thread that was already going on for half a day. We'll be better prepared next time. :)

I think there is still a chance for a quick semi-fix - if you create a thread titled "leap year game leaping!" or something like that and make the first post with the link here to this thread and some explanations. That "could" help a bit. I propose you or somebody else from Western Europe does it, though, as we are already in March. But you are right - we needed more exposure and I sort of did not think this through. :P That was an impromtu thing more than anything else.
Anyway, at least I gave away some stuff that people took. Hopefully it made somebody happier.
