There are a number of titles that, if released, I'll be happy to do giveaways for.

Happy birthday, GOG. Live long and prosper! May one day you'll be the Steam's strongest rival.
I'm wondering why GOG doesn't celebrate its own anniversary. At least weeklong special promo, GOG?
First half a decade of existence is a quite great accomplishment, IMO. GOG has celebrated a milestone in the amount of game titles and the number of members once in the past. Why not 5 years anniversary?
Edit: oh this post is several hours late! I was watching tv. :P
Good news, thanks GOG.
First time I learned about GOG was from a gaming magazine. The mag reviewed Planescape Torment. That it has been brought back to life along with many other classics without DRM. I was without internet. So I joined after I got internet access.

The first time I went here was around the release of PST, because of the modding tutorial and intended to purchase the game here (even if I had already 4 boxed version of the game), but it was a time (many years) when I was thinking to stop purchasing games forever.
I came back on my decision when I have heard of PE's KS campaing on a opensource forum, and the DRM-free concerns (something I had almost forgotten) were on debate.
Yes, I am a new registered customer, but much more because I loved physical editions. But now with indies rising, and oldschool boxes' prices rising too, GOG has became a place of choice.
Happy birthday GOG!
[edit]When I said that I was stopping purchasing games, I want to be clear, I was only play opensource games, and have lost any hopes concerning commercial games since the rise of DRM. I have never pirated a game ;)
So GOG and CDPR gave me new hopes concerning gaming. And thanks a lot for this!

My first experience with GOG was through a link on eDuke32's website to buy Duke 3D right here! I saw and skipped the link the first couple of visits, but I eventually was curious enough to see what it was and visit GOG.
I've been glad I did ever since (currently own ~200 titles here now).
Happy Anniversary, GOG, and I look forward to whatever you guys and gals have planned next week!

Happy anniversary / birthday / etc. of going live!
I really appreciate what you're doing here, and maybe just as important, how you're doing it. Keep up the good work, and here's to more prosperous years to come.

Happy birthday GOG!
I think I came on board during the open beta after reading about the site in PC Gaming. Some 542 "shelved" games later, I still feel that "Christmas anticipation" when I boot up my computer and direct my browser to GOG.com on Tuesdays and Thursdays!

To many more years GOG. There's still many many (good old) games out there to wrangle for new (and old) gamers to play!

I can't even remember how I found GOG, tbh. I think it was "liked" by a buddy on Facebook, so I happened to click it and instantaneously went crazy with my wallet once I figured out what GOG did/does here.
Literally like a kid in a candy shop.

Happy Birthday GOG!
The first time I heard about GOG was when I still frequent Kotaku (before I leave that site in disgust). I was recommended by a friend. At first I was skeptical because it's just too good to be true. But then I finally try the site and I just love the fact that you carry the old Broken Sword series. So I made an account, joining in, downloading the free games and the rest... well it took a couple years before I bought the Wadjet games bundle pack and Botanicula.
With the forum it took longer, When I visit the forum for the first time I was only active for a couple of months before I was distracted with the rise of Polygon and the Kotaku "refugees." But now I decided to share my time between Polygon and GOG, the forums with the most rational gamers ever.
Well, mostly :p

Happy Birthday, Gog. Heard about you now and then on some forums as the DRM-free alternative, browsed the catalog now and then, finally joined for some free game special and looking at the holiday deals, and now visit probably every day. I look forward to your official celebration!
