Yes, Yes I know there is a wikia but I just need to talk about my character I made and I am not doing to much damage (For bosses I have been dealing 50 damage each with my strongest weapons)

Ok here is my character:

Male Warrior Level 91

Vitality 40
Attunement 8
Endurance 40
Strength 42
Dexterity 14
Resistance 11
Intelligence 9
Faith 9

My strongest Weapons: Drake Sword+3 and Lightning Spear+5

Best Shield: Tower Shield

Best Armor: Havel's Set, Guardian Set, and Gold Hemmed Robe Set.

I have no Magic to use at all.

My problem is I am dealing to little damage to bosses around 50 damage (The boss I am stuck on is Knight Artorias) and I have seen people in vids doing so much damage. What I am trying to say is did I screw up my character?
Your Problems are the weapons.

Elemental weapons got quite a nerf in version 1.5 (pc released at that version) and the bosses in the dlc are resistant to magic and elemental damage and the drake sword flat out sucks. Since you have a strenght build you need a strenght weapon. I would recommend the man serpent great sword. You can get it from the lizardman in sens fortress. Upgrade it to +15.

Got it already but I have not upgrade it, so how much do I at least need to more damage +5?

+5 is pretty weak. +5 on a lightning weapon equals +15 of a normal. It gets stronger with every upgrade.

But did you not say that all the monsters and bosses in the DLC levels are resistent to Fire, Lightning and magic?
i got black knight halberd quite early and basicly played 90% of the game with that. I have to say it was kind of boring to use the same weapon all the time, but it was just so much better then anything else i could my hands on to, until at the end i got the daemon great machete and demon's greataxe.

Smough's hammer, dragon tooth and dragon greatsword were really disappointing :(

I didnt use magic, totally str/end melee.

I meant more in form of its the same as lightning +5 in that a lightning weapon +5 is the maximum upgrade of the lightning path while +15 normal is the maximum of the normal path. In reality normal +15 is in general stronger because of stat scaling.
You should be using a high scaling (From best to worst, S, A, B, C, D, E) strength weapon with a character like that. The issue you are having is a result of the weapons you are attempting to use as neither of those scale with stats at all and your character has 40+ strength. The drake sword and any lightning weapon do the exact same damage even with a character that has the minimum required attributes to use them as one that has 99 stats.

The Black Knight Sword or Black Knight Greatsword can be found within the first 20-30mins of the game but the early enemies that drop them don't respawn. Even using an upgraded Zweihänder from the Firelink graveyard right after the starting area would probably be an upgrade for you though and you can use weapon buffs on it like gold pine resin (You can find a few each playthrough as treasure and they can drop from the mushroom people). Whatever you do decide to use at least try and 2-Hand it for a little extra damage unless whatever you are fighting has attacks that need to be blocked and not dodged.
You can't really screw up a character on this game. It's kind of hard to do that. Since I haven't played the Prepare to Die Edition (GAH I WISH I COULD!!!) as I only have the original on the 360, I can't tell you any strategies on this guy. Also, I beat the game single player using the Thief class in the ninja outfit, double-handing a +5 lightning broad sword (I think thats the weapon?)

Just never give up... Keep on trying. Yes, it's hard, but you will prevail one day.

[Edit] *mostly single player, except near the beginning)

As others have said, with a high-strength character you need to use a weapon that scales well for strength (i.e. has A or S under the strength stat). The drake sword or lightning weapons don't scale, so they suck for your character (the drake sword sucks for any character really, except in the beginning of the game).
And lightning weapons are meant for foes weak to lightning, the bosses in the DLC aren't.

However, stat scaling generally improves when you upgrade, so just find a weapon with A or B for strength, then upgrade it to at least +10, and you'll have a decent weapon.
The zweihander from the early cemetery would work well, as would the halberd from the Undead Burg bridge. Other than that, you can try to get one of the rare weapons with high strength requirement, like black knight weapons or the demon machete, that kinf of thing.

Personally, on my strength guy I was lucky enough to get the Black Knight Sword very early, and made it almost through the whole game using only that weapon in melee.

And finally, not using any magic on a character is definitely not optimal. Even if you don't want to invest in intelligence or faith, pyromancy doesn't require any stats, just a lot of souls to upgrade your flame, and it's very useful.
I haven't got DLC (Xbox 360 version) but I can say that post Sen's the Drake Sword is terrible so I would stop using it
Maybe make some boss weapons if you haven't used the boss souls or just try to get some summoning help

Magic is for wimps, now id take a medieval cyborg-hand that shoots cannon balls - but for some reason this game doesnt have it although its japanese. Well, we can hope this will be corrected in the sequel.

And i also want -The- Dragon Slayer. They better put it in or ill go all 'Zodd'.

Sadly all the weapons I can make from bosses souls require me to have more intelligence and dexterity.

Sure if you want to roleplay a big tough warrior, you can finish the game fine not using any magic.
I'm just saying that it's not optimal and adding pyromancy to a strength-based character doesn't cost much and makes the character much stronger imo.

As for the Dragonslayer, there are several huge swords in the game already. Not everyone can be Guts though. And besides, the berserker armor would be more useful.

the swords sucked though. tried an disapointed. The Greatsword of Artorias might have been good, didnt want to grind all those lvls though.

Black knight halberd, demons great axe -> best str weapons i could find. i hear black knight greataxe might be good - but it was so end game ididnt bother to upgrade as i had the previously mentioned weapons maxed.
