Is the community still kicking?

I'm playing on Gandara (EU server), and it's completely full all the time, here and there even overflows popup. I've heard some complaints from people on NA servers that middle zones were lacking people, but I don't see that on my server at all - I have plenty of alts and run around plenty of zones with others. It's easy to find people for dungeons too, I'm told, even if you're not in a guild. WvW runs are also amazing. I don't play PvP but there's a lot of custom arenas in the list last I've seen. If you're into RP, Piken Square/Tarnished Coast has lots of people for that.

Aw, too bad I am busy that weekend. I wanted to try this game since launch (enjoyed the first GW). Anyway, thanks for letting us know.

The day is upon us. I'm not really sure is it open quite yet, but it is the 23rd where I'm at.

It's 23rd here too, waiting for the servers to be open. I just hope there aren't too many people wanting to try at the same time to avoid causing an overload.

I'm not sure, I haven't started so it's possible it will download more if one travels further than the tutorial or starter area.

Is there a limitation on party/team/guilds when it comes to races? A friend signed up for the trial as well and we were thinking about playing in a group. I chose a Sylvari Thief and he a Norn Warrior.
