He's talking about the last KISS bundle, which J.U.L.I.A. was included in. The J.U.L.I.A. devs never received payment from their publisher, and whenever the publisher merged with KISS, they included the game in the bundle without permission. At least.. that's how I see it, someone should correct me if I'm wrong.

It's similar to what happened with the Capsule Computers bundle. The dev that made Transcripted never received payment from Topware, and never agreed for the game to be included in the bundle.

I have to agree, Groupees has made some shady connections with publishers.

How about going for some actual good games? *sigh*. bloody bundlestars and indieripoffs ie Indiegala can pull decent games why cant Groupees???

I think Night of the Living Dead Defense is the only thing I am interested in but not worth buying the bundle for, though if someone gets it and doesn't it I will take it.

The bundle has sold only 49 copies in 45 minutes. It's selling very poorly when compared to Groupees' other recent bundles.
