The term "doujin" refers to amateur/independent artistic works, from novels, visuals novels, manga, games and more.

Oooh! Thanks for the heads-up. I'm not particularly interested in the genre, so I might have missed it, but for some reason I'm curious about Cherry Tree High Comedy Club and I've been waiting for an opportunity to check it out (I expected it to appear in a Indie Royale bundle, but Groupees would be fine, too; hopefully DRM-free).

I had seen the announcement sometime back and I am intrigued, I just hope they're not all bullet hell games.
