GabiMoro: I'm sorry so say that I always paid the minimum on Groupees, on HIB sometimes I paid 2-3 $ instead of the minimum 1$.
There are some facts that should be taken into account
- in Romania the average net income is less than 500 $.
- on Groupees I have 80-90 games but I have played none of them.
500 USD? Per week, month year?

I may live in the US, but I'm poor myself, and I always pay minimum. I also have plenty of games I've bought that I have yet to play. I also bought all the games in the latest Meridian pt 2 even though only 3 of them interested me, just because I could. I don't plan on gifting the others or selling them. It's just nice "having" them, as it makes me feel rich. Plus, there's a small chance I may try them at some point. Maybe.

500 USD / month, I wish it was 500 per week :)).

BlueMooner: I'm just idly curious about what percentage of folks pay the dirt cheap minimum. Humble shares their stats and it always seems to be close to the bottom.

Pheace: Hint 1) Steam, Desura, DRM-Free with PC, Mac, and Linux

Hint 2) Never bundled by Groupees before

Hint 3) 4 Linux Games

Hint 4) 9 Featured games, with at least 5 bonuses

Hint 5) Genres: platformer, rpg, strategy, puzzle, racing, shooter, possibly adventure

Hint 6) One game from 2010, one game from 2011, most are newer.

Hint 7) 2 to 3 at most have been in prior bundles.

Guess Away!

When you say "soon", is there anything official or just a random day they pick to start? And for how long do these usually last?

Usually it takes about a day or so.

BlueMooner: Spoder, you seem on friendly terms with the people in charge at Groupees. I'm curious, could you ask them roughly how many people usually pay the minimum for bundles? I'm actually curious for all the bundles, but any info would be interesting. People have often said that if artists started selling their songs or games in a PWYW format that they'd make more money because lots of people would pay more than the minimum, but I doubt that's true.

The admins are pretty friendly with mostly everyone, and are pretty good with responding to questions if you ask in their chat room.

Jonny said it'll be live within the next few days.

cool cant wait, i just really wish they would cool it with the spacing of bundles, my food budget keeps getting smaller and smaller!

nijuu: why do you even bother to buy the games in first place?
Well, because they deceived me with their capitalistic tricks "look how much you can save...".

Some of them are digital copies of games I have already played, some I didn't want but were in the bundle or I got them as a bonus and some I plan on playing them but I have a huge backlog.
They pretty much always have one game I want. So I'm mostly just hoping the rest aren't too crappy. :p

And that I'll be pleasantly surprised by a bonus (like that one time Underrail was a bonus, now that was awesome).
Timer is up, starts in a bit more than 20 hours.

Im liking the idea of Spectraball and Smash Cat, both games I keep meaning to grab but havent gotten around to (was VERY close recently when Kiss publishing had a sale on GamersGate).

As for the rest, I do like me some suprises dontcha know :)
