I'm not so sure if that's a harp, although it looks like one. Could be the instrument in Bardbarian, I think that game fits the drawing more. The red V could be a pick.

I totally agree, but because the Groupees staff member mentioned "Welsh poetry" more than once, and they did love their bards, if you look into it.
