I liked the art of the original. It could use some higher quality assets especially for modern resolutions but I'm worried they'll remake it from scratch to look more like their other Double Fine games.

I believe they've said this will be an updated re-release. They aren't going to out right remake anything.

This is mint news :) Now I really want blade runner, my discs have been lost for many years and it probably wouldn't work anyway :S . I spoke of this before and someone directed me to a site called isozone with the game on it but it seemed dodgey and gave me virusy vibes.
