This is a test run page for Grim Dawns kickstater proposal...

Its a rough cut that's not finalized but it'll go out this week sometime and hopefully get posted before May...

Keep your eyes to kickstarter for it... BTW they have a goal for Aug 2013 for release....

The video on the top explains more than i ever could.. and to find out that they created this much with 2 guys and a handful of helpers is amazing. Im so proud and happy to support and help get the word out about Grim Dawn and Crate. Take a look, see if you like it and if you do, save up for a little and give them a hand... join the forums and get to know them a little better :)

Loved Titan Quest :).
Will keep an eye on this. Shame the boxed edition isnt about $50 or so. Would be instant backing.

I'd consider doing it, but I'm all out of funds for things like this. I will probably buy a copy of it when they finish though, by then I'll have more money.

August 2013? Jesus it takes a long time for an indie with any graphical fidelity to get made.
DF and Wasteland set the price per game at $15. Now those projects that ask for $16 or $18 just feel like they're trying to leech some more. Of course rationally they can ask for whatever they want, and it's probably still a good deal, but it just feels wrong to me.
So now they are starting to gather money on a project they announced like years ago? Sorry, I wouldn't trust them with a penny...

and all the money from titan quest went for the hookers, yes?

Well there's only 2 guys working on it atm, cant blame them jumping on the KS bandwagon. At least they had worked directly on Titan Quest previously :P.
Only two? I thought it's the whole titan quest crew... hm...
They're not asking all that much though, apparently.

Maybe more. I haven't read everything. :P.My mistake. Looks like two dudes who can work on it fulltime...

280K isnt a whole lot compared to what some of other projects are asking for.

Looks sweet!. Here's hoping they will make the game available without any drm client.
Have to keep an eye on this one from now on.

Edit:

I might need glasses ;) The kickstarter page suggests that it will be distributed without DRM. Now i'm really looking forward to this.

I hope they get at least 1 mil, I'd love for such a game to reach it's potential and maybe more.

The fact that they have already done a lot of work proves their dedication to the project. They have a lot of content to show the potential backers, and to me that proves they are more worthy of trust than those who only sell a vague idea of a game.

If they get a decent amount of money from the Kickstarter project, they will be able to put a lot more content into the game.

Personally I will pledge $48, given the current levels. I would like a $65-75 level, with two copies of the game (I want to play it with my girlfriend) - including the "Special Will-O-Wisp" (given custom regulations the $100 level will probably cost closer to $200 for me).

The Kickstarter project should include an interview with the developers, a couple of screenshots extra and one or two more artistical pictures.

You should try Path Of Exile then :) (Just the shoreline at the beginning looks really crummy but some really good looking places pop up soon enough)
