I'm not sure how new you are to the internet, but people asking for something or offering too little for something generally garners negative attention. This is not exclusive to here and other places would hit you harder. Also, not being appropriately placed (see first post) makes this get even more attention than usual so abandoning the thread and making a post in the correct one is ideal.

You can get more trading materials off of places like tremorgames if you want to grind some flash games for points to buy stuff. A friend may provide you with a referral (or vice versa) so one of you can gain extra points. The videos/surveys are spam, so use a sandbox and junk email for those if you attempt them. If you play TF2, Dota, or CSGO you also have those avenues for item drops to trade there.

And as a final note, I don't believe there's any reason to be rude no matter who's in the wrong and that the best thing is to simply move forward. Too many people have the habit of dwelling on mistakes, whether someone else's or their own. Good luck and keep in mind that you can work at it and don't have to do any hope trading. It's usually a waste of time anyway.
