So, instead of having a topic for every single game that receives a temporary price cut, why not have just one for all of them? Let's start off with those I've not yet seen posted here.
King's Bounty: The Legend for 20€ at GamersGate. It's a spiritual sequel turned into actual sequel to the original King's Bounty, the game that was the predecessor of the HoMM series. Go check out the demo if you're unsure whether you'd enjoy a game with tactical turn-based combat with a simplistic RPG layer on top. Oh, and you can marry a frog princess or a zombie that give various bonuses to your troops. The upcoming expansion will feature a race of bloodthirsty pangolins.
Noitu Love 2 for 10$. A unique side-scrolling action game with mouse controls and great pixel art, now for half the price. Be sure to check out the guy's other games as well, there's some really neat stuff there.
Eschalon Book 1 is now only $19.95 US. It is an old style turn-based story driven single-player RPG with some nice graphics and no DRM. It used to be around 25 bucks.
King's Bounty is excellent and bizarre. Rock, Paper, Shotgun have some very good articles talking about the game - the first, the second, an end-of-year look back at the game, and a list of them all.
Some choice quotes:
"Briefly though, it’s basically Heroes of Might & Magic (the original King’s Bounty having been the source of those games), but, well, better: faster and sillier and bigger. It’s mad and weird and unfair and the Russian-English translation is a disaster. It’s also gloriously ridiculous and constantly inventive. It’s exactly what I wanted to play right now, and I’m quietly confident it’s going to be one of the games I most enjoy this year."
" Recently, I have:
Become a pirate
Killed a Kraken
Met a man who puts make-up on frogs
Gained the ability to summon a giant robot sphere made by an AI construct from the future
Resolved a miner’s strike
Had rides in a submarine and a zeppelin
Resurrected a dead dragon as a skeleton dragon
Been defeated by an army of 3000 fairies
Fathered eight children
Ended a dwarf-human war
Had a conversation with a waterfall
Purchased a tiny castle that I carry around in my pocket. On demand, I can shrink to doll-size and wander around it."
"Bar a so-so translation that’s only off to the extent that it adds a dreamlike feel to the text, this is as slick and stable as any game I’ve played this year. It’s complicated without being fussy, ambitious without trying to do things the engine and structure aren’t capable of, and almost absurdly pretty."
Something GOG might appreciate: "Most of all, it’s a PC game. Not a game that’s on PC - it’s a game made for PC, with an understanding of how the platform works, what kind of people use it and - astoundingly - of the sort of standardisation PC gaming urgently needs, the under-the-hood necessities that you don’t see in games with ten times the budget and resources."
It's getting an expansion pack, too. Has pangolins and everything.
I should note that despite what the person quoted above says, I didn't find anything wrong with the translation. It wasn't perfect writing, but it was good and gave the game some charm.
I think I prefer separate threads, it's easier to notice, besides the whole thread can float to the bottom of the pile, as to this one which will get bumped every so often and you'll lose sight of which deals are active and which are not.
Well, you can get the entire (at the moment) Introversion Anthology with all of their games in it for only 33 dollars or 20 Euros. Not a bad deal considering how unique their games are.

That would be a good deal, but not for me. I already own Defcon and Uplink and I don't want the rest.
While the PC section of GameStop may have plenty of shovelware titles, if you dig through carefully enough, you might just find an awesome game. I found a copy of DiRT for $10. I love that game.
Though I love the idea of consolidation, one spot to find all of the information you could want on the topic it has its downside.
I have to agree with Weclock, if the thread gets sent to the bottom of the pile no one would ever see it.
Maybe they will make this topic sticky. It would be great.
Speaking of Gamestop, I got the Unreal Anthology there for $4.99, and Monster Madness for $5.99. There is nothing more I can say about Unreal since you all know about it, but Monster Madness is awesome, it's like Zombies Ate My Neighbors but with shiny graphics, pretty old school and just what I wanted, I went to the store looking for it, and never expected it to be that cheap. I also got Dirt for $9.99 like Cheese said, I love going to the store and finding cheap games.

I have played Monster Madness quite a while but I don't like a lot. Alien Shooter series and Shadowgrounds series are better than it for me. :)

I may have to give one of those a try, I always see Shadowgrounds advertised but think it is more like Jagged Alliance, I guess I was wrong. I may give them a shot.
You can get Shadowgrounds 1 and Shadowgrounds: Survivor demos from Internet or Steam. :)
ugh, I couldn't stand shadow grounds.. but that's probably just because I hate shooters that are done at that angle.
anyway, it's not a bad game, I just could stand how the action was done.

Looks like it's $20 for both rolled into one. That's a pretty awesome deal!
