amok: This means you are abusing a system based on trust, and duplicating your games, which is the same as piracy in my book. You have only bought 1 bundle for each, and therefor can not give them away. The links they give is for you personally to have an option of where you want the games, they do not give you two copies.

Grargar: Like I said, I do not need them. Which is why I give them away.
Like I said - which means you duplicate your games. You buy a game, you keep it, and you give it away. This do not work, and is against HiB's ToS and very explicit wishes.

You are keeping the games at the same time as you are giving them away. This is duplication of games and no different than piracy.

Piracy... right. I don't think so. You do not pay for piracy. You do however pay to get a Steam key.

You can pay 1 freaking cent for your games. You can choose to pay 1 dollar for an extra Steam key.

"Can I sell/give away my keys?
Each purchase is intended for use by one individual. Please read our Terms of Service."

You are duplicating games, that is all to it. The keys are or there so you can have an option of where you want your games. It is not so you can make 1 bundle into 2 or 3 bundles.

Also:
"If I already have a game(s) in the bundle do I have the ability to gift the extra copy in the bundle?
Unfortunately, if you already have a game in the bundle you will not be able to gift the extra games to a friend.

Please consider your bundle a "unit", and not to share copies of the games or Steam keys from it.

If you'd like to give a copy of the games away, we have a system in place that allows you to buy a gift key from www.humblebundle.com so your friends can have access to direct downloads as well as any Steam or other keys we have included."

I'm well aware of the Terms of Service. It doesn't change the fact that I don't use Steam and will never use it.
in for HIB 1! thanks & +1! :DD

No, but it do not change the fact that you are not supposed to give away the keys for the games you are using. If you are not using steam, but using the games, then you are not supposed to make use of the steam keys. It is not so you can make 1 bundle into 2 bundles (in one case even 3 bundles...) You are not meant to click that link unless you want your games on Steam (Desura)

If you were aware of HiB's ToS then you would not have made this giveaway.

It is very clear in HiB that giveaways should be complete URL's only, not individual keys,

Nice try, but I really was aware of that. I was also wondering whether someone would object. Seems like there was indeed. Feel free to call me the scum of the earth. If I would not give them here, I could sell them/trade them on the Internet or actually give them to a real-life friend.

And if you do sell them or give them to a friend, it do not change anything. You are dealing unethically with the keys and are abusing a system built on trust.

It is sad to see that on a website who pride themselves on being DRM free and all its virtues, we see someone taking such blatant abuses of trust as you do. Have a good day, I would rather deal with an honest pirate than someone like you.

Good night to you, too.
In for humble bundle 1 (#2 (steam) instead if #1 is taken - if you'll allow it!). Thanks!
I am toying with the idea of creating a new giveaway.

Just pick any of these games: "http://www.gogwiki.com/wiki/User:Amok", and pm me your email.

I have used the gog keys, so I will need send you a drm free installer through email.

This is not unethical, as I could just as easily sell them online or give them away to a friend. If gog had not meant for me to do this, they would not have given me DRM free installers.

I am also very well aware of GOG's ToS, I am just choosing to ignore it completely.

(and with this, I am out of here)

Thanks and +1 for the Giveaway.

In for Eets (Steam).
