Tag Team Game Rumble!

You could hear the sound of crowds going wild! You could hear hear the epic guitar riffs going off! You could hear the sound of muscular bodies slamming against the arena floor! No, this wasn't the echoes of Wrestlemania XXX. JudasIscariot: My personal favorite was the MP in UT 2004 :) I recall many fun LAN parties with that game. I got into the whole LAN party thing a bit later than everyone else so I never got to MP the earlier Unreals :)

MichiGen: Thanks for the tip, I believe that I've played both, UT and UT2004 a long time ago, I recall that it was fun. But I haven't played Unreal Gold MP, so I would like to know if it's sufficient and fun enough for some LAN party or if it's better to play MP only in the Tournament games.
Too bad that UT2004 is not discounted right now :), I'll probably pick it up later.
If you want my opinion Unreal Tournament 1999 is the most fun for Death Match, Unreal Tournament 2004 is the best for the non-Death Match modes it actually has a pretty good horde-esque mode, Unreal Gold has a very good very atmospheric single player campaign, relatively comparable to the original Quake, but the MP mode is not very fun if you ask me.

Thank you for the advice, I'm mainly looking for a death match type of multiplayer, so I'll buy UT(99) then.

I think this is relaxed building, trying to build up a self-sufficient economy and nice looking places versus quick building, stress, war and strategic battles. :)
