Just wondering if System shock will ever be throw on GoG...
I got some ripped versions of SS and SS2... but...
i feel ashamed to have such abominations on my machine...
So just wondering if SS and SS2 is gonna come to GoG...
Sorry if it has been asked before, but i couldn't find any answers with the search function
or maybe i used the wrong place to search... anyways, just wish to know if GoG is gonna do it...
SS1 is the only game that can make chills run down my spine so ya... would be fun to experience the game again in their true glory.

Ehh... While I wouldn't rule it out, the politics may make that difficult. The first game was by Looking Glass Studios and published by Origin Systems, both of whom are bust, but I believe EA scooped up the remains. The second game was made by Looking Glass and Irrational (now part of 2k) and published by EA.
Even if EA comes on board, there's still a few large question marks (such as that dead codec the game uses).

I didn't even know I have a car. And I make my own pancakes, so they smell funny by default. Poison would just enhance the flavour. And a working bag is an indication that I work, which I don't. I am saddened to say, I am currently unable to die in a "freak accident" under those conditions.

I'm pretty sure EA have retained almost every license they ever had unless they specifically sold them like Bard's Tale and Wasteland. EA are well aware of the value of their IP's but they never seem to do anything with them which is what angers the fans of various properties.
This is the reason EA are right at the top of the wanted list because if they came on board with GOG their back catalogue would keep the GOG boys and girls busy for most of a year.
