Very new to these forums so I'm not positive if this is the best place to be posting this, but anyways....

I bought Gothic 2 a few days ago and fully installed the game and everything, but when I double click the icon to launch the game it acknowledges that I am running the application but just nothing happens. Going to the task manager, it in fact shows that Gothic 2 application is running but again nothing comes up.

I'm running Windows 8.1 if that helps...

Any help is greatly appreciated.
