Ummm... I don't think Google "knows" anything. It's merely a set of algorithms that collect data as you go along to better tailor search results and ads to your wants and needs. It is only by ANALOGY that we compare it to an all-knowing being.
Are you going to avoid talking to anyone about anything just because background checks exist ? Just because it is theoretically possible to find something out about you, it doesn't mean that people are going to unless there are good reasons for that... and even then - you shouldn't be concerned unless you did something you shouldn't ever do in the first place.
You might as well complain about "people who bought this also bought" or even as simple features as a wishlist. Guess what - there are plenty who'd like to make this information PUBLIC; on this very forum.
Also - I'd like to remind you of what we've learned from that thread where a guy posted an entire private conversation with GR: if you are paranoid, focus on ordinary people. It's a lot more likely that someone is going to overhear your conversation in a bar or browse through your paper diary than that anyone at any point is going to hack into your Google account and analyze the *** out of all your online data.
