We should make a list of good new games that are out. I'll start.
Silent Hill Homecoming
Strong Bad's Cool Game for Attractive People (episodes 1 and 2 are the ones out so far)
Dead Space
Star Wars The Force Unleashed
Little Big Planet (Got my copy early, and it's awesome)
This seem a little bit pointless to me...
Force Unleashed? Are you kidding?
That game was rubbish compared to the old Jedi Knight games (ie Dark Forces 1/2).
It annoys me that two of those games have delayed PC releases, one of those two has DRM and activation limits, and the remaining two aren't even coming to the PC.
Once again, Strong Bad comes out on top. :D
A few more:
World of Goo
Age of Chivalry (HL2 mod that's got me in its grips right now)
Multiwinia
TrackMania United Forever
And with the DRM thing of Dead Space, if you just get it off Direct 2 Drive or a service like that, you won't have to worry about it. Same with Spore and all other EA games released. Just don't buy it from that God-forsaken EA Store if you're going to download it.

Yes, no Star Wars game will ever live up to those two. But this has been the first Star Wars game in a long time that I've actually enjoyed playing.

Edit: Theres DRM on the D2D versions as well. Nothing to see here...

I'm sorry, but I have to agree that it's a bit pointless. As tastes naturally differ, a "list" would basically just end up containing every single new game. For a discussion thread, though, this is too general again. Well, maybe it can serve as a kind of new games smalltalk :)
For that matter I have to agree to World of Goo. It only costs $20 and it is refreshingly creative, diverse, charming and polished. So anyone who likes physics-based puzzle games in the likes of Bridge Builder or Armadillo Run, only that much more creative (and diverse, charming and polished) should really at least give the demo a try :)

I would also have to agree with that statement.
This is not a community about discussing new games.
I mean comparing new games to old games is suitable, but just making lists and talking about which new games are good is silly.
So for example comparing Alone in the Dark 1 to its newest iteration would be quite a good topic.
Don't mind this topic if you don't like it :D As far as I'm concerned, this forum is not about complaining about DRM, it's not about game movies, it's not about hardware... And look! :D
Well, I'm playing (and loving) Syberias, but I have no idea how old are they...
But, about really new games, Warhammer 40k: Dark Crusade is my beloved strategy game. Does anyone here even play it? :D
