oigroig: how i can have my avatar/picture in my profile?

pic related
you can't at the moment, the template needs to be updated to accept forum pictures in addition to real pictures.

How to add a real picture, you can just have a look into my profile :)

I'm using firefox and when I want to collect the info it hangs with the "Loading Wishlist" screen.

It worked the first time, any clues?

It's been a long time now since I wrote it but I recall that it's supposed to give an error message if it fails or times out so I don't think it's really hanging (I could be wrong though). Maybe GOG's just serving the wishlist very slowly today or something like that. It's usually quite quick but I suspect that if you just leave it for long enough it should work.
So... I'm trying to update my game list on the Wiki for the first time in a good while, and the Greasemonkey script seems to complain.

It says "You need to be logged into gogwiki as Maighstir to update your information", and I most certainly am, so why isn't it being updated?

(Okay, so I've tried to update a few times earlier too, hitting the same problem each time, but always thought something akin to "meh, I'll bother with it later".)

www.gogwiki.com, not http://gogwiki.com - I had the same problem a while back.

Oh. Right, I remember that being mentioned somewhere.
Well, this is a bit annoying; I forgot the password I used for the wiki when I synced it the first time (apparently it's not one of my more commonly used ones). And somehow didn't link an email with it when I was signed-in to it... is there any way I can get help with that? >.>;

Sidenote: Is the "log in with facebook" button supposed to work? It'd make it a good bit easier on my faulty memory when I need to sync the account. (Username is Aligar on the wiki... it's the nick I started using shortly after making my account here)

So the "Email new password" button isn't working for you? I guess the thing to do is reply to or PM Ubivis so he can fix that for you.

What I can to do is unlink your shelf data from your wiki account so that you can at least sync your shelf/wishlist in the meantime. I just did the unlink. It will get linked again automatically next time you sync while logged into the wiki.

I couldn't get the Greasemonkey script to work, the Install button just opened the script in plain text instead of Greasemonkey installing it. So I just used the Chrome one.

Here's my shelf, I'm too lazy to put things in any specific order myself, so I just keep them in the default purchase date order.

Unfortunately, I tried the "Email new password" button at first, but it said my account wasn't linked to an email, so that went bust right away :(

I'll PM Ubivis when I get the chance, and thanks for unlinking the account for the time being.

EDIT - Well, just tried the Facebook connect again and it worked. Not sure why it didn't before, but I can't complain now. Set up an email with it just in case something wonks out in the future. Thanks again, Barefoot_Monkey, for helping out :D

Well poop. It says my account is locked on GOGWiki for some reason. I just wanted to have an accurate wishlist for Secret Santa. :)
