The big day is approaching and everyone is counting hours, minutes and seconds when the GOG staff members will appear in the spotlight! Believe us, we're all excited about this as well, but first things first. Let us give you some details, so everyone knows who, what, where and when.

Who? All of you, our dear users, are invited to watch the live streaming of the CDP Days 2011 Spring Conference.
What? The live streaming will include presentations by CD Projekt RED with their awesome game The Witcher 2: Assassins of Kings, and GOG.com revealing some cool stuff. Both presentations will be in English.
Where? You'll be able to watch both presentations on GOG.com. On Thursday we'll put up a news post with a live stream video window embedded in it for your convenience.
When? The live streaming of CD Projekt RED presentation will start on Thursday, April 14 at 12:00 p.m. EST (that's 4:00 p.m. GMT - that's 9:00 a.m. Los Angeles time, 12:00 p.m. New York, 5:00 p.m. London time or 6:00 p.m. Warsaw time). GOG will hit the stage an hour later at 1:00 p.m. EST (5:00 p.m. GMT).

You may also notice some teaser spots on the front page. These will change during the next three days, so feel free to speculate what's it all about :). See you on Thursday!

Vestin: I knew that font looked familiar !
Wait a minute... Not only would that mean EA, but... Theme Hospital and Populus *_*...
If it's EA, we may get Syndicate and Magic Carpet
"what game made monsters fear you"
dungeon keeper !!

[I am sure its EA now - but I have been wrong before]

[re-edit I am sure one of the publishers is EA]

Goddamit. I wasnt really planning on going completely nuts on GoG...but its strange how much pleasure buying REALLY good games from the past...again...can give... :s

Plus I had a HELL of a time playing Realms of the Haunting again. Fantastic after almost one and a half decade it STILL is one of my all time favorite games.
To make things even MORE confusing here is some evidence Square-Enix are also involved.

^that's eidos :P
Going from the clue from Dungeon Keeper I checked Bullfrogs other games and found
"Magic Carpet 2: The Netherworlds"
Netherworld = underworld maybe.

Ahem... Square-Enix own Eidos.

Oh, forgot that sad detail.
Best Case Scenario: All the publishers we're mentioning are confirmed, end of GOG speech is punctuated by them saying "And you can get System Shock 2 RIGHT NOW"

Worst Case Scenario: A hilarious marketing prank.
"What Games made monsters fear you"

Dungeon Keeper would probably be the best (or one of the best) fit.

Another interpretation might be any game were you are powerful villain or otherwise a monster yourself.

Shadow Caster would be a fit in that second category, but there are others.

btw, those riddles are fun. They should do them more often.

d2t: I doubt this is a new publisher bc for every big one GoG always did a countdown.

That makes two people laughing ;P. I <3 small reference pools...

Also - I'm calling that tomorrow GOG will announce "Rorschach test: the game". That's the only logical conclusion I can draw from what appeared on the main page so far...

Oh shit, i actually understand that one.
hrmm, I'm finding myself in agreement that many of the hints DO seem to indicate Dungeon Keeper. Preferably 2, (what am I saying? Preferably BOTH), though 1 is just as great. The nice thing about these hints is that they're still ambiguous enough to keep us all guessing. :)

Only hint I can't quite rhyme with Dungeon Keeper is "What Game Made You Fear Your Past", though it might be that these hints indicate various games.
I'm really interested to discover what these clues mean.
