I had problems during my payment process for Theme Hospital (and free Fallout 2 and Tactics). My bank account was charged but I didn't even get to order succesful page (instead there was only information about technical issues), I've got no e-mail confirmation, no games on my GOG account, no nothing. Nice ending of my day.

TheEnigmaticT: New servers are rolling out as we speak. Once they're done, we will have quadruple the servers we were running during our previous highest-trafficked day on the site ever, which was during the Insomnia Sale.

Similar issue, my paypal account was charged for five games (around 18 $), but I got nothing on my gog account, except an error message from the server (payment declined). I was so excited to start the Longest Journey and Wing Commander 4 !

I did get Demon Stone and both Strike Suit Zero DLC's for a total of average 10$, but they got added to my games.

I have already contacted the support about it and it's in progress, already have a ticket, as expected from GOG. :)

If you've actually been charged twice, then you should contact Support and they'll hop to it to get your money back pronto.

That sucks, man. I dunno where you're connecting from, but it may be a problem with the local cache. I've definitely seen a big improvement in my ability to actually use this website in the last hour.

EDIT: Logged off, cleared cache & cookies, shut down browser, run CCleaner, started browser, tried to log in again - no joy, still "403 Forbidden" on home page, can only log into the forum, grrr!!

EDIT: Ok, here's something odd. I just tried the despicable IE and it worked. NOW, here's another problem. I can't get the Fallout freebies, because I already have Fallout 1 and the system auto-locks me into "This must be a gift order" but! then tells me
