Long version:
The GOG.com Annual Gamer Survey is now our yearly tradition, so once again we ask that you spare 5 minutes of your time and help us make your favorite digital distribution platform a better place. Taking part in it isn't mandatory of course, but recommended if you want to have your share in making GOG the best digital distribution service there is.

[i]The survey ends on Monday, September 17 at 9:59 AM GMT. We will start sending out codes for Realms of Arkania 1+2 after all the entries are processed.

After clicking submit I also got a blank page. Should the survey disappear, if it got through? It's still there for me...
I desist from doing this survey. There is a bug and it's impossible to complete it... bad done this time, GOG.com.
Yeah get a blank screen after submit

Edit: noticed the massive blank space between the thank and you submit

JMich: Once sent, the survey frame will be replaced with a "Thank you" image, though it's way up high. The back to frontpage will probably be where you were, aka way down there. Should have been sent though.

JMich: Click on the dropdown again, to make it the active control. If by pressing the up/down arrow you can change the selection, it is the active control. Tab will move you to the next control, which should be the submit button. Alternatively, move to the first field (aka e-mail) and press enter.

Scroll the page up. There should be a "thank you" message.

Using firefox
You sure? It's probably just that the "thank you" box is much bigger than it needs to be, scroll up to find the tanks text and down to find the forum posts. That's what happened to me at least.
Damn... I knew, I shouldn't have bought RoA...
For those having trouble loading the survey, make sure you allow the 3rd party scripts from JotForm if using No Script or similar.

No buggy at all. I had the same problem of the submit button disappearing and my personal dumb solution was to simply switch from Chrome to Explorer. Very lame and efficient
In my case, I'm not even able to submit the survey... a total waste of time!

ABH20: The numbers for the 'How Many bundles did you buy?' question are pretty low, considering how many various indie bundles there are these days.
As are the "how many GOGs did you buy so far" options. I believe I'm around 300 by now.

On another note, I already have the games, so I hope they won't just be added, but sent as a gift code so I can offer them to someone else.
Completed successfully, and because I like you guys I even answered honestly

Excuse me? And that's not a bug? Do I have to use Explorer? NO WAY!
