Not sure what exactly a GOG Wallet would be, but a system called store credit was announced some time ago for the end of the year if I'm not mistaken.

I love the idea of a GOG wallet. Whenever I purchase a game, I need to pay a credit card fee of a few Euros. That makes me hesitate sometimes whether I should buy a game or not. Normally I wait until there is more than one game I wanna buy at the same time to lower the ratio of the transaction fee compared with the total price. With a GOG wallet, it would be possible to charge some more money in it with only one credit card transaction and use that money later for purchasing games. That would definitely be welcome for everybody who has to pay transaction fees.
